Our Transitional Camp is perfect for those fresh out of the junior ranks and looking to remove the characteristics of junior squash from their game, through to the seasoned college player looking to make the jump to the senior game in earnest.
The week-long programme has been devised to advance your game without the need for radical change using conditioned games, tactical analysis, strategic analysis, shot selection, mental strength seminars, strength and conditioning sessions and plenty of match play.
We will bolster and grow your on-court confidence. Mental toughness is often cited as the elusive ingredient that sets world class players apart. We will be taking a closer look at what this truly means helping players to gain the mindset required to maintain focus, remain mentally resilient when most needed and equally importantly how to stay relaxed enough to perform at optimum levels.
 Campers will learn to implement long term physical training programmes to ensure healthy physical development and understand the importance of core strength and why it is now a squash byword.

What's Included.
There are no hidden costs or extras, The London Squash Camp is fully inclusive of everything advertised. Campers will not be asked to contribute or pay for anything on The London Squash Camp’s itinerary.
RESIDENTIAL CAMP:
- Transfers to and from either London Gatwick or London Heathrow

Non residential camp:
Players are very welcome to attend The London Squash Camp on a non residential basis and would receive all of the benefits available to our residential campers, without of course the accommodation. Please contact us for details.

Vacation / different dates?
It maybe that you are visiting the UK and that your vacation dates don’t quite match the dates that we are running our camps, or that you would like completely different dates altogether. Let us know, we can provide a friendly club, a bespoke, high quality programme for your stay and help you to get the most from your time in London. |
Accommodation:
The 350-acre RAC Club estate is located in Epsom Downs, Surrey, and is where all residential campers will stay.
All rooms are en-suite with satellite TV and can accommodate two or three campers. Individual rooms are also available.
All campers have full use of the Cedars Sports Complex during their stay which includes tennis courts, two full size doubles squash courts, two single squash courts, a swimming pool and gymnasium. |
UK Tournament:
Taking part in a UK Ranking Tournament whilst in London will make for great event experience.
We can find an appropriate event that coincides with your stay, arrange entry, travel to and from the event for you as well as coaching the player through all of his or her matches. Please contact us for details. |
Safety:
Every camper at The London Squash Camp will be supported at all times, beginning the moment their flight touches down in London.
All our staff are CRB cleared, course sizes are capped and we carry Public Liability Insurance for our all guests which is included within our package prices. Rest assured the care of our guests is our utmost priority. |
Transfers:
Staff members from TLSC will pick up all arrivals from either London Gatwick or London Heathrow by private transfer and of course return participants again at the end of camp.
Staff will further ensure campers are checked in and seen safely through passport control and security. |
Booking.
Bookings & payments can be made online now using the form below, or by phone on 00 44 7811 465 073 and secured by bank transfer or credit card.
For Transitional Camp a deposit of 50% will secure a place at The London Squash Camp. The remaining balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the start of your camp. Payments not made in full after this 4 week period means attendees may run the risk of their place being offered and subsequently lost.
Please note: The London Squash Camp must make all guests aware that any deposits and full payments are totally non refundable once payment has been made.

Sightseeing:
Our location puts us in the enviable position to experience London close up with minimal journey time. It’s our intention to not only develop your game but also to provide our guests with a unique, safe experience of London, its history and all it has to offer.
